The Statewide Professional Development Academy (PD Academy) Coaching Manager

| The Statewide Professional Development Academy (PD Academy) Coaching Manager will lead the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Leadership Coaching Model and other coaching-related services delivered through the PD Academy grant, funded by the MA Department of Early Education and Care (EEC). This includes working with coaches across the state, coordinating the leadership coaching system, as well as developing and implementing the infrastructure in support of the leadership coaching system. The Statewide Coaching Manager is a key position in the PD Academy team at Early Education Leaders, and will coordinate coaching and technical assistance services within that team and collaborate with EEC and other state coaching and professional development partners. |

Multimedia Specialist

| The Marketing and Communications Multimedia Specialist is responsible for supporting communications and storytelling efforts primarily across digital and social media platforms, using animation, graphic design, photography, video and audio. Produced content should strengthen and advance UML’s brand messaging and reputation in addition to supporting recruitment and enrollment of students at all levels (undergraduate, adult degree completers and graduate students).
Reporting to the Creative Director and in concert with the department’s Editorial Director, graphic designers, social media team and staff writers, the Multimedia Specialist will conceptualize, pitch and generate content on a near-daily basis related to activities involving the Chancellor, Admissions and Advancement, as well as events or noteworthy initiatives at the university’s colleges. This position requires a highly creative, deadline-oriented individual with proven experience producing successful rich content while working collaboratively with a cross-functional team (Editorial, Design & Production, Web and Enrollment Marketing). It requires someone who can both pitch their own ideas and take assignments and run with them.
As a member of the Marketing and Communications team, the Multimedia Specialist will partner with other department colleagues to support programs and initiatives related to student recruitment, the student experience and campus life, donor and alumni relations, community relations and research and career-related endeavors of students and faculty. |

| The Senior Application Specialist reports to the HCM application manager of the Employee Services Team and will be responsible for the support of business requirement analysis, quality control and risk management for identified applications supporting PeopleSoft Human Resources (HCM).
Responsibilities will include interpreting campus business or vendor requirements and translating these requirements into functional/configuration specifications for the implementation and related application creation, modification or enhancement. This will contain maintaining and creating operational documentation as it pertains to ongoing support including job aids, test cases, and troubleshooting guides. |
