General Summary:
The Director of Career Services in the College of Management plays a pivotal role in developing and implementing a strategic approach to connecting students with future careers, offering personalized guidance, and fostering industry connections. The incumbent will report to the Dean and work collaboratively to develop strategies to advance student career and internship opportunities at undergraduate and graduate levels. The incumbent will provide career counseling to undergraduate and graduate students, job search support, maintain relationships with hiring managers in local companies and organizations, and stay updated on industry trends while organizing workshops and analyzing data for service improvement. This role reports to the Dean and is a cornerstone of students' professional journeys, impacting their lives and contributing to the College's success and commitment to preparing future business leaders.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is required. A minimum of five (5)-seven (7) years of relevant successful professional experience with outcomes in boosting student career opportunities. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey career information and advice to diverse student populations. Demonstrated ability to build rapport, establish effective relationships, and work collaboratively with students, faculty,
staff, and external stakeholders. Proficiency in using career development tools, online resources, and career-related software, as well as basic computer skills.
