General Summary:
Reporting to the Associate Director of the Ross Center for Students with Disabilities, the Testing Center (TC) Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of managing a full-service testing center for UMB students with disabilities that require exam accommodations. The TC Coordinator oversees and evaluates all testing activities and coordinates access and support for students using the Ross Center information software system, reviews testing contracts, creates accessible formats of exams, and manages a reservation process for proctoring requests from faculty. The incumbent will develop relationships with faculty, staff, administrators and external partners, and will collaborate with them to offer an array of activities in the testing center in compliance with Federal disability statute that assist with student retention and program development. They will uphold and enforce the University Code of Conduct and will ensure the highest ethical standards of a secure, quiet and safe testing environment.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree must be completed before the time of hire. A minimum of two years of direct student service or academic support is required. Proven ability to work with diverse populations is required. Experience with Microsoft Excel is required. Some evenings and occasional weekends may be required.
Experience with test administration platforms i.e., Blackboard and Canvas is preferred. Knowledge of the AIM information system is preferred. Knowledge of various assistive technology that students with disabilities may use is preferred. A minimum of two years’ experience in test administration is preferred.
