Program Assistant- (Asian American Institute) Asian American Institute
The Administrative/Program Assistant will work under the supervision of the Administrative Coordinator at a research institute to support activities related to personnel, purchasing, and regular office operations. S/he will utilize university online administrative software for purchasing goods and services and related expense reports, and for timekeeping. The Assistant will interface with new or current staff, suppliers and consultants as necessary in relation to these administrative activities. S/he will assist with contacting other departments on campus for assistance in office or staff operations. In addition, s/he may be asked to assist in organizing occasional on-campus or virtual events. Assistant Professor- (School for the Environment) SFE - Dean's Office
The School for the Environment at the University of Massachusetts Boston is seeking candidates for a full-time tenure-track Assistant Professor position in Remote Sensing to begin September 1, 2025. We seek an interdisciplinary scholar who applies remote sensing of global and regional processes to assess the impacts of climate change, land use, and/or urban development. Experience at multiple scales from satellite remote sensing to individual drones, and from real-time assessment to historical and predictive changes is preferred. The successful candidate will be expected have teaching interests in remote sensing, spatial analysis, and statistics.

Assistant Dean- (School for the Environment) SFE - Dean's Office
The School for the Environment (SFE) integrates the natural and social sciences, liberal arts, governance, and business to generate and apply new knowledge about the quality of our environment and the sustainable use of its resources. The Assistant Dean will serve as the School's chief financial, business, personnel, and research operations officer reporting directly to and acting as signatory for the Dean of the School for the Environment (SFE). The incumbent will be responsible for managing all fiscal responsibilities related to budgeting, needs assessment and resource allocation; all personnel policies and paperwork, recruitment and payroll-related systems for the college; and will advise the Dean regarding budgetary and personnel matters.
Senior Graphic Designer Marketing
Design university publications, advertisements, social media, interactive and related graphic and interactive projects. Maintain the visual image and standards of the university. Works closely with the other designers, photographer, writers, and editors to produce materials to enhance the image of the university. Library Coordinator II Healey Library
The Library Coordinator II will charge, renew and discharge library books and materials; aid library users in locating and using materials; monitor the borrowing of materials; verify the proper location of books and materials; and perform related work as required. Non Tenure Track - Lecturer (Clinical Psychology) Psychology
The Department of Psychology at the University of Massachusetts Boston invites applications for a full-time Lecturer position beginning September 1, 2025 in Clinical Psychology with a track record of success in clinical work/clinical supervision and teaching. The person in this unique full-time position will be fully integrated into the Clinical Psychology Doctoral Program and the Department of Psychology. Our goal is to successfully recruit a psychologist who will (a) serve as the Practicum Coordinator for our clinical psychology doctoral program, coordinating placements and supporting students in completing external practicum placements, (b) provide clinical supervision to doctoral student trainees particularly through our UMB-UR-BEST outreach program (see https://www.umb.edu/umburbest), and (c) teach undergraduate and graduate courses. Courses could include graduate Practicum seminars and undergraduate Personality, Mental Health and Psychological Distress, Principles of Psychotherapy, or Social Psychology courses, as well as additional courses as proposed and approved by the department. As with all core, full-time faculty members in our department, additional faculty responsibilities include providing racially and culturally responsive advising to undergraduate students and contributing to service for the program, department, and college.

Assistant Director- Financial Aid Counselor Financial Aid Office
The Assistant Director, Counselor is responsible for communicating and disseminating financial aid information, policies and procedures to graduate and undergraduate students and families through in-person interviews, media and phone consultations; and is responsible for keeping staff abreast of policy and regulatory changes affecting student eligibility and ensuring consistency in applying policies throughout the Financial Aid Services organization. The role of counselor requires a thorough knowledge of all federal and state regulations and institutional policies governing the financial aid programs. The Assistant Director, Counselor acts independently in counseling students, awarding aid and adjusting aid packages; and is responsible for the financial aid application verification process. The incumbent uses professional judgment, in accordance with federal regulations, to adjust financial aid awards due to unique family situations, student enrollment plans and in coordination of external aid awards. In addition, the Assistant Director, Counselor is responsible for managing federal, state and/or institutional financial aid programs as assigned; including but not limited to awarding, disbursing, reconciling cash receipts and expenditures and monthly/annual reconciliations.

Head Women's Field Hockey Coach Athletics
The Head Coach is responsible for, but not limited to, the development, leadership and administration of the women’s field hockey program. This includes recruiting qualified student-athletes for a competitive team within the Little East Conference, practice organization and supervision, staff hiring/development, game scheduling, budget oversight, student-athlete development, academic monitoring, coordinating fundraising and community service events, and positive alumnae relations. The Head Coach is responsible for compliance with the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), Conference and University of Massachusetts Boston rules and regulations. The Head Coach along with his/her assistant(s) may be required, upon a successful Registry of Motor Vehicles background check, to drive passenger vans for team travel. Participation is required in University and UMass Boston Athletic Department sponsored events such as the Open House and other fundraising events.
