The University Information Technology Services (UITS) department of the University of Massachusetts is seeking a Digital Experience Intern who wants to become part of a dynamic team of technology professionals supporting the institution's mission, “To enable UMASS to provide an affordable and accessible education of high quality and to conduct programs of research and public service that advance knowledge and improve the lives of the people of the Commonwealth, the nation and the world.” The Digital Experience team at the UMass President’s Office is seeking a current UMass student to work as a digital accessibility intern to support our overall digital accessibility efforts. We are seeking a UMass student that wants to learn about disability inclusion in the digital space. You will receive full access to our digital accessibility training suite, gain an understanding of the various types of assistive technology used by the disability community, and help us with digital accessibility activities happening across the President’s Office. This internship is fully remote with working sessions happening via the Zoom meeting tool.
