The Server & Endpoint Operations Manager works closely with decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions. The Server and Endpoint Operations Manager also acts as the lead Desktop Support Manager to provide systems and processes that support efficient provisioning, control and monitoring of hardware and software for approximately 250 users and devices. |

The University Information Technology Services (UITS) department of the UMass President’s Office is seeking a part time Automation and Full Stack Development Intern who wants to work side by side with IT professionals delivering technology solutions and services to the university system. The selected intern will work up to 20 hours a week during the semester; students must be currently enrolled and attending classes at one of the five UMass campuses. This is a paid internship at $17.00 an hour and academic credit may also be available. Interns will gain valuable knowledge of the inner workings of the University of Massachusetts. We are embracing innovation in automation, AI, cloud-first architecture, DevSecOps, and agile development. |
