Equipment Coordinator UMass Boston
UMass Boston’s Equipment Coordinator will manage all aspects of athletics equipment, uniforms and other related supplies including maintenance, inventory, and care for UMB’s 18 varsity sports programs. The incumbent will update and streamline apparel and equipment control systems and procedures including purchasing, inventory, ordering and billing. Executive Assistant UMass Boston
The Executive Assistant to the CIO provides high level support and confidentiality to the CIO and the Office of the CIO. Capital Budget Analyst UMass Lowell
Reporting to the Budget Analyst, Payroll & Position Management, the Capital Budget Analyst is a key member of the Budget and Financial Planning and Financial Services team providing operational and analytical support for the University’s extensive capital budget and facilities improvement program. The Capital Budget Analyst will manage budgeting for campus capital projects funded from all sources including campus operating and capital funds, the University of Massachusetts Building Authority (UMBA), state funds, gifts, and other internal and external sources. The position will develop and maintain routine management level and executive level reports on project budgets, expenditures and project progress and will work closely with campus Facilities Management, the campus Controllers Office, UMBA, the President’s Office and state agencies to ensure accurate and timely capital project set-up and reporting. The Office of Budget & Financial Planning is responsible for analyzing, posting, maintaining, and monitoring all budgets at UMass Lowell, with the exception of sponsored project budgets.  The Office is responsible for the development and implementation of the annual operating budget and assists in the development and implementation of capital budgets for the campus.  The Office provides support to university administrators and its departments in developing and implementing short and long-range financial plans for the campus.  It prepares reports on a regular basis for the Chancellor, campus managers and for the President’s Office. The Office also provides support to the end-user community in PeopleSoft processing and reporting and for assistance with general budget and finance related questions.
Assistant Director (Clinical Psychology) UMass Boston
Assists the faculty Graduate Program Director by overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Clinical Psychology Doctoral Program, one of two doctoral programs in the Department of Psychology of the College of Liberal Arts. Responsibilities: to maintain, compile, and share information about faculty, students, and alums needed to maintain program accreditation; to maintain records of faculty activities and student progress as required for university, accreditation, and licensure; to implement the admissions process; to prepare and manage program budgets; to complete purchasing; to plan and organize program events (including some which occur outside of business hours or on weekends); to coordinate the work of the program’s leadership committees; to provide administrative support and guidance to graduate students as they navigate the university procedures; to prepare the program newsletter, website, and other communications independently for the Director’s approval; to organize the course evaluation and qualifying examination processes; to coordinate administrative elements of student hiring (including meeting Union and Human Resources documentation requirements), student grants and fellowships, student practica and internship placements, student awards, fundraising, and in other domains as assigned. Work collaboratively with other Psychology Department staff. Serve as a program liaison to other offices on campus, including Accounting, the Bursar, Financial Aid, the Registrar, the Office of the Dean of the College of Liberal Arts, the Office of Graduate Studies, and the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs. Supervise student administrative support when available.
