Director of Administrative Support and Facility Operations (Hybrid Opportunity) UMass Amherst
The Director of Administrative Support and Facility Operations will be responsible for direct supervision of all departmental administrative support staff and the facilities coordinator for the Isenberg School of Management. The Director reports directly to the Senior Associate Dean (SAD) for Finance, Operations, and Strategic Initiatives. This is a highly independent position, requiring the ability to make critical and timely decisions affecting many individuals, creating & shaping departmental policies, planning operational budgets, and coordinating activities with multiple entities, both on and off campus.
Utilities Instrumentation and Controls Technician (Building Maintenance) UMass Amherst
This position is responsible for testing, certifying, installing, repairing, and inspecting instrument and control systems. It maintains instruments that measure, record, and operate the process-controlled systems used in research buildings and supports the campus with instrument calibrations. Key responsibilities include: Installing, maintaining, monitoring, operating, troubleshooting, and repairing building management systems (BMS), including electric, electronic, low-voltage electrical wiring, electro-mechanical controls, HVAC, field points, and communication wiring. Repairing and initiating repairs on control systems, variable frequency drives, motor controls, and related equipment. Using specialized testing, monitoring, and diagnostic equipment. Working with other technicians/trade personnel to maintain building systems integrity.
Systems Engineer (Hybrid Opportunity) UMass Amherst
The Systems Engineer will implement, monitor and continually improve procedures and resource allocations to ensure professional, high quality technology support and services to the UMass Amherst Campus including its executives, faculty, staff, and administrators.  Provide mentoring, coaching and training to IT Systems Analysts; provide support and monitor enterprise class Windows and Linux systems; provide system administration as well as integration with other campus services.

Under the direction of the Vice Chancellor of Human Resources, designs, develops and delivers strategic employee learning and development programs including, but not limited to, management and leadership development, onboarding, and career development through various modalities including presentations to large or small groups, e-learning and interactive sessions, etc. In addition, this position will dedicate significant effort conducting anti-harassment and discrimination training working with the office of Civil Rights and Title IX (CRTIX Training). CRTIX training is at the core of the University’s efforts to provide anti-harassment and discrimination training to students, faculty, and staff. Moving beyond simple compliance, the CRTIX Trainer will be an integral part of a team creating a world-class progressive training program that will allow students, faculty, and staff to recognize and thrive in an inclusive environment with zero tolerance for discrimination, harassment, or sexual violence
Assistant Provost for Student Success Initiatives & University Innovation Alliance Fellow (Hybrid Opportunity) UMass Amherst
The Assistant Provost of Student Success Initiatives & University Innovation Alliance Fellow works with cross-campus teams to improve student persistence, decrease barriers to student success, and foster a vibrant and equitable learning experience. Reporting to the Associate Provost for Student Success, the Asst. Provost will initiate projects and serve on teams that support undergraduate students, including low-income, first-generation, and historically underrepresented students. Their work will advance the ability for UMass to promote success at scale.
