The Computer Science Department at the University of Massachusetts Boston invites applications for a full-time tenure-track Assistant Professor to begin September 1, 2020. We particularly seek expertise in Theory, Algorithms, Data Science, or Optimization. Candidates must possess a Ph.D. in Computer Science or closely related fields. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary and start-up package and is expected to establish a highly-recognized, externally-funded, and independent research program.

Located on the Boston Harbor, the University of Massachusetts Boston offers undergraduate and graduate programs in almost 90 fields of study.
