Professor- (Gerontology) Gerontology
The Manning College of Nursing and Health Sciences (the Manning College) at the University of Massachusetts Boston (UMass Boston) seeks applications for a full-time tenured faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Full Professor in the Department of Gerontology to begin on September 1, 2025. The Department seeks to increase the number of tenure-track faculty conducting research on aging among historically underrepresented and marginalized groups.

Seeking Full Professor, Associate Professor, or Assistant Professor level in the Department of Gerontology to begin on September 1, 2025. The Department seeks to increase the number of tenure-track faculty conducting research on aging among historically underrepresented and marginalized groups. Areas of specialization include a strong research focus on DISPARITIES IN LONG-TERM SERVICES AND SUPPORTS (LTSS), both from basic science and policy research lines.
Assistant Director- Financial Aid Counselor Financial Aid Office
The Assistant Director, Counselor is responsible for communicating and disseminating financial aid information, policies and procedures to graduate and undergraduate students and families through in-person interviews, media and phone consultations; and is responsible for keeping staff abreast of policy and regulatory changes affecting student eligibility and ensuring consistency in applying policies throughout the Financial Aid Services organization. The role of counselor requires a thorough knowledge of all federal and state regulations and institutional policies governing the financial aid programs. The Assistant Director, Counselor acts independently in counseling students, awarding aid and adjusting aid packages; and is responsible for the financial aid application verification process. The incumbent uses professional judgment, in accordance with federal regulations, to adjust financial aid awards due to unique family situations, student enrollment plans and in coordination of external aid awards. In addition, the Assistant Director, Counselor is responsible for managing federal, state and/or institutional financial aid programs as assigned; including but not limited to awarding, disbursing, reconciling cash receipts and expenditures and monthly/annual reconciliations.
Simulation Lab Faculty A Nursing
The Manning college's department of nursing has a new faculty position as a Simulation Lab Faculty. There are several opportunities as either full time or part time faculty in the simulation lab. Most positions are 12 month but 9 month positions are also possible.
Non-Tenure Track Part-Time Lecturers - College of Management (Several Positions) CM - Dean's Office
College of Management at UMass Boston is seeking candidates for several associate lecturer positions in the areas of Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Entrepreneurship, and Marketing. These are part-time non-permanent positions with the potential to turn into full-time positions. Renewal of these positions depends on performance, available resources, and departmental needs.
