Technical Assistance Associate Institute Community Inclusion
The Technical Assistance Associate supports assigned projects at the Institute for Community Inclusion. They will provide technical assistance and training related to postsecondary education for students with intellectual disability, in collaboration with the Technical Assistance Manager, Alliances Manager, and Program Directors. The incumbent will serve as a technical assistance provider, documenting and addressing requests. They will support and contribute to the development of training resources and information through multiple formats including online learning resources, research-to-practice briefs and how- to guides, virtual resource repositories, as well as conducting in-person and remote trainings, webinars, and conference presentations. They will provide administrative support for the technical assistance team such as soliciting and receiving reports, tracking and receiving deliverables, scheduling meetings, and following up with partners as needed. The position may be held remotely, but regular nation-wide travel will be required.
Research Associate II Institute Community Inclusion
The Research Associate II (RAII) assists the Inclusive Postsecondary Education Team in developing and managing cross project research and evaluation projects addressing state and federal services that support postsecondary education, transition to college, and employment and community inclusion for individuals with intellectual disability. The RAII will participate in all aspects of the research and evaluation program, including development of qualitative and quantitative research protocols, design and management of data collection procedures, survey development, data collection, data analysis and the interpretation of results, coding of qualitative data and data cleaning. The RAII will oversee management on online database projects, assist with testing and development, and support revisions/refinement of existing systems. The RAII will also develop written and web-based products for multiple audiences, including secondary and higher education professionals, individuals with disabilities, family members, state and federal policy makers and the research community. The RAII may supervise the work of other staff on project specific tasks and may provide general supervision to one or more staff. The RAII may work remotely.
EDP Programmer II VC-University Advancement
The Gift Processing and Data Coordinator for University Advancement will be responsible for providing coordination of activities relating to data and gift processing. Also, run batch reports of gifts recorded and acknowledgement letters of donation. Work closely with the Director of Advancement Information Systems to maintain the Ellucian/Advance database structure; ensure data integrity, create and run reports. Oversee data entry staff and ensure that data is being accurately recorded in the Advance system. He or she will be responsible for compiling address mailings for targeted solicitations to send to the external mail houses. Perform other duties as required or assigned. The Gift Processing and Data Coordinator will be a member of the advancement team and report to the Director of Information Systems. The position will be responsible for maintaining an integrated system of daily gift batches entry, production of gift receipts, individualized acknowledgement letters, posting batch control reports and gift transaction reports in accordance with established procedures.
Employment Specialist II Institute Community Inclusion
The Employment Specialist II for the Institute of Community Inclusion (ICI) Massachusetts Inclusive Concurrent Enrollment Initiative (MAICEI) will provide services necessary to assist individuals with disabilities in obtaining and maintaining employment in the community in integrated settings. The incumbent will work with individuals who have barriers to employment to identify job interests; and will evaluate and assess work skills and needed work place supports, based upon individual preferences, skills and job duties. The Employment Specialist II will develop relationships with employers in order to identify jobs and to support the successful transition of job seekers into employment; will provide on-going supports as needed to facilitate employment retentions; and will provide case management and service coordination, as needed to facilitate access to and the coordination of services necessary for successful employment outcomes. The Employment Specialist II will assist the Program Manager in the area of program coordination and improvement, carrying out targeted initiatives and projects; will provide supervision to student peer coaches and job coaches.

Assistant Professor- (School for the Environment) SFE - Dean's Office
The School for the Environment at the University of Massachusetts Boston is seeking candidates for a full-time tenure-track Assistant Professor position in Remote Sensing to begin September 1, 2025. We seek an interdisciplinary scholar who applies remote sensing of global and regional processes to assess the impacts of climate change, land use, and/or urban development. Experience at multiple scales from satellite remote sensing to individual drones, and from real-time assessment to historical and predictive changes is preferred. The successful candidate will be expected have teaching interests in remote sensing, spatial analysis, and statistics.

The Assistant Dean will serve as the School's chief financial, business, personnel, and research operations officer reporting directly to and acting as signatory for the Dean of the School for the Environment (SFE). The incumbent will be responsible for managing all fiscal responsibilities related to budgeting, needs assessment and resource allocation; all personnel policies and paperwork, recruitment and payroll-related systems for the college; and will advise the Dean regarding budgetary and personnel matters.

Design university publications, advertisements, social media, interactive and related graphic and interactive projects. Maintain the visual image and standards of the university. Works closely with the other designers, photographer, writers, and editors to produce materials to enhance the image of the university. Evening Circulation Desk Assistant Healey Library
The Library Coordinator II will charge, renew and discharge library books and materials; aid library users in locating and using materials; monitor the borrowing of materials; verify the proper location of books and materials; and perform related work as required. Director of International Admissions Undergraduate Admissions

Non Tenure Track - Lecturer (Clinical Psychology) Psychology
The Department of Psychology at the University of Massachusetts Boston invites applications for a full-time Lecturer position beginning September 1, 2025 in Clinical Psychology with a track record of success in clinical work/clinical supervision and teaching. The person in this unique full-time position will be fully integrated into the Clinical Psychology Doctoral Program and the Department of Psychology. Data Integration Specialist IT Application Services
