Non Tenure Track - Lecturer (Clinical Psychology) Psychology
The Department of Psychology at the University of Massachusetts Boston invites applications for a full-time Lecturer position beginning September 1, 2025 in Clinical Psychology with a track record of success in clinical work/clinical supervision and teaching. The person in this unique full-time position will be fully integrated into the Clinical Psychology Doctoral Program and the Department of Psychology. Our goal is to successfully recruit a psychologist who will (a) serve as the Practicum Coordinator for our clinical psychology doctoral program, coordinating placements and supporting students in completing external practicum placements, (b) provide clinical supervision to doctoral student trainees particularly through our UMB-UR-BEST outreach program (see https://www.umb.edu/umburbest), and (c) teach undergraduate and graduate courses. Courses could include graduate Practicum seminars and undergraduate Personality, Mental Health and Psychological Distress, Principles of Psychotherapy, or Social Psychology courses, as well as additional courses as proposed and approved by the department. As with all core, full-time faculty members in our department, additional faculty responsibilities include providing racially and culturally responsive advising to undergraduate students and contributing to service for the program, department, and college.

The College of Education and Human Development at the University of Massachusetts Boston is seeking an outstanding candidate to join their faculty beginning Spring 2025. The candidate will assume a nine-month, lecturer non-tenure track appointment in the Counseling, School Psychology, and Sport Department, which houses two APA Accredited Programs in Counseling Psychology and School Psychology, MPCAC-Accredited Masters Programs in School Counseling and Mental Health Counseling, NASP-Accredited Masters and Ed.S. Administrative Assistant II CM - Dean's Office
The administrative assistant will provide daily administrative support to department chairs, faculty and other support staff within the College of Management (CM), and will serve as the direct administrative support staff for departments within the college. The incumbent will perform administrative-support duties including and directing visitors, receiving and directing internal and external phone and email inquiries; and preparing routine documents, correspondence and forms, including professional development and travel reimbursement forms for faculty. They will also assist department chairs and faculty with administrative and course management matters, such as collecting syllabi, and organizing copies if needed. The Administrative Assistant will also receive invoices and process them for payment; and will maintain adequate inventory levels of department supplies.

Assistant Director- Financial Aid Counselor Financial Aid Office
The Assistant Director, Counselor is responsible for communicating and disseminating financial aid information, policies and procedures to graduate and undergraduate students and families through in-person interviews, media and phone consultations; and is responsible for keeping staff abreast of policy and regulatory changes affecting student eligibility and ensuring consistency in applying policies throughout the Financial Aid Services organization. The role of counselor requires a thorough knowledge of all federal and state regulations and institutional policies governing the financial aid programs. The Assistant Director, Counselor acts independently in counseling students, awarding aid and adjusting aid packages; and is responsible for the financial aid application verification process. The incumbent uses professional judgment, in accordance with federal regulations, to adjust financial aid awards due to unique family situations, student enrollment plans and in coordination of external aid awards. In addition, the Assistant Director, Counselor is responsible for managing federal, state and/or institutional financial aid programs as assigned; including but not limited to awarding, disbursing, reconciling cash receipts and expenditures and monthly/annual reconciliations.

Head Women's Field Hockey Coach Athletics
The Head Coach is responsible for, but not limited to, the development, leadership and administration of the women’s field hockey program. This includes recruiting qualified student-athletes for a competitive team within the Little East Conference, practice organization and supervision, staff hiring/development, game scheduling, budget oversight, student-athlete development, academic monitoring, coordinating fundraising and community service events, and positive alumnae relations. The Head Coach is responsible for compliance with the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), Conference and University of Massachusetts Boston rules and regulations. The Head Coach along with his/her assistant(s) may be required, upon a successful Registry of Motor Vehicles background check, to drive passenger vans for team travel. Assistant Director- (Finance and Administration) Graduate Studies & Admissions
The Assistant Director, Finance and Administration is responsible for assisting the Director, Finance and Administration with the oversight and management of the Graduate Studies Assistantship program funds, Graduate Studies Fellowships, and Internships. Working under the direction of the Director, the incumbent will serve as a secondary interface for the Graduate Studies with the Graduate Employees Organization (GEO), including participation on the university bargaining team and provide information to support university administrators in the bargaining process. The Assistant Director, Finance and Administration will assist the Director, Finance and Administration with the creation and management of the Graduate Studies account annual budgets. The Assistant Director will also assist the Director with the management of Graduate research awards and fellowships. The Assistant Director, Finance and Administration is responsible for all duties of the Director in his/her absence to ensure the continuous operations of the department and fulfillment of stakeholder needs.

Associate Director of Upward Bound Math-Science & Talent Search (Lawrence) PreCollegiate & Ed Suppt Pgms
The Associate Director will be responsible for developing and implementing program curricula. The incumbent will be responsible also for the recruitment, screening, selection, and intake of program participants and will meet with a caseload of program participants in both programs to provide holistic coaching and academic guidance regarding their secondary school progress, college and career goals, and postsecondary entry. In consultation with the Director of Programs, the Associate Director will assist in planning and implementing the UBMS summer program, including helping to select, train, and supervise program teachers, tutors and teaching assistants and facilitating orientations for staff, students, and parents. In the absence of the Director of Programs, the Associate Director will assume responsibility during the UBMS summer for program operations, including staff supervision, and for the safety and well-being of the 50 student attendees. During the summer, the incumbent may teach a course section, depending upon program needs. The Associate Director will plan, implement and chaperone academic, career, and cultural field trips and activities and in collaboration with other UBMS and TS-L program staff, will promote, document and report on program events. S/he will assist the Director of Programs with the collection of program data and the submission of regular program reports for both programs
